Westside Property Group is currently seeking to acquire multifamily properties. Our purchasing criteria are:

  • Multifamily Residential Apartment Communities
  • Class A or B ( situational ) locations only
  • Cap Rates – various, dependent on cash requirement
  • Market – All
  • Cash Equity – Assumable with cash to existing debt or all cash. WPG will also work with existing owner if OWC is necessary.

Jennifer Bellinger


Jennifer was raised and has lived in both the Phoenix and Los Angeles area and is a dual licensed realtor in both states. She has had a wide array of real estate transactions; whether it be residential, land, and commercial, she uses all of her positive energy, integrity and hard work to serve her clients. Jennifer’s main strengths are her energetic personality, her amazing skills of communication, and her direct approach at everything in life but she is also really good at seeing the silver lining in everything. Jennifer loves to set goals and never sees any goal out-of-reach.

Jennifer graduated from Northern Montana University where she went to school on a volleyball scholarship. She received her B.S degree in education. Before she started serving her clients with real estate needs, she served as a director of children’s ministries at a church in Phoenix. She is very well connected in the community and loves to meet new people and make them feel welcome.

Jennifer recently started two nonprofits; raising awareness for homelessness and mental health as well as a family foundation to give back to the community and serve as an outreach and support depending on the needs of the community.

Wendy Mackenzie


Wendy MacKenzie has always viewed real estate as an opportunity to improve the lives of her clients and their families.

Wendy initially began her career in fashion and interior design in Vancouver
B.C. Canada starting her own design firm at 21 years old.

Wendy began her real estate career in Vancouver B.C. purchasing her first home at 23 years old. After buying and selling numerous homes alongside working for a large real estate developer, she honed her skills in commercial real estate working on large scale PAD developments in Washington State and luxury apartment buildings in Vancouver. Her next move was into the retail athletic apparel sector joining the real estate team at lululemon athletica managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of stores in new markets in the US, Canada and the UK. During this time Wendy also invested in residential and commercial real estate in Vancouver and owns several profitable rental homes both.

Upon relocating to Arizona in 2014, she found Phoenix had much to offer aside from the unlimited sunshine. Wendy joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty where she is known for her wealth of knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial sales as well as her designer’s eye. Give her a hard hat and vest and she is a happy girl!

Wendy enjoys the year round sunshine, and is an avid golfer. Volunteering her time when she can is important. Wendy is on the host committee for the Vicerne Foundation and the Pink Ribbon Honor Health Breast Cancer Research foundation.

Wendy brings endless enthusiasm and strives to make her clients feel empowered in what can be a very stressful time while finding that perfect home. Understanding the client’s goal is paramount for Wendy.  She uses her strong negotiation skills to get top dollar for her clients.
